7 story, 448 Unit Apartment Building above 40 First Floor Retail Spaces. This is an ongoing Construction Defect Project starting 2014. We replaced all Ball Valves and all Victaulic Couplings on entire domestic hot and cold water systems. We have upgraded several rooms for ADA compatibility.
